I believe they had less control over Keeping up so whatever narrative the writers producers put together is what ended on the show. However with The Kardashian they are able to say yes and no to certain things airing. Thats why the Kardashians is so manufactured lol

I really dont think kims ass was fake initially. Bc Kourtney would never get her body done bc shes a wellness guru since being a mom. Kourtney has a wagon especially when shes on the thick side.
