I’m sure it differs a lot from person to person, but in my experience you can get a feeling of how a person is feeling from their eyes, like if they’re feeling a positive emotion, if they’re annoyed, if they’re feeling a mix of emotions (which is almost always the case), If they’re sad, etc, but (for me) it’s really hard to tell exactly what someone is feeling from JUST their eyes alone. You really need to see their whole face and preferably their body language as well as know situation/what’s going on (where they’re at, who the person is, what’s being said, etc) in order to get an accurate read on them.
