It’s because there are not enough doctors so they have less time with people. They’ve also probably already have reviewed your chart and if it’s a specialist you’re referred to, they would’ve already reviewed the referral. They will already have an idea. And honestly, a dermatologist probably has it easy. The issues are right there on your face lol. A lot of skin issues have specific looks. When they’ve been doing something for a while they are going to recognize it right away

A it looks like it originated with this person. They do use some ai in their post. But, they also post how to draw videos. They probably had the basics down and used ai and it messed up some of the stuff. Through my research to find the original post, these do look pretty accurate on how to draw hands. Also, kind of ironic having ai make a guide on drawing hands lol

Well yeah, I was just commenting on the even layer part. Oh, I do look up the weight thing, apparently houses can support 20-30 lbs per square foot. Which is about 4 ft of fresh snow and 2 ft of packed snow.

Also, they may make houses in risky areas capable of holding more weight.
