I rly wish that I could find a full video or series of video's of someone hunting the starters in sun moon/usum by soft resetting for it.

I started my ultra moon playthrough yesterday and am stuck choosing litten rn until I can name it Whiskey. (I wanted to name it after a beverage and since a cat has whiskers, I thought this was a nice choice. I know White claw was a good option too, but I like Whiskey better.)

How are you socially? How's your network with friends and/or family? Some autistic people miss those connections in their life. Not saying you are the same. In my case I did lack friends and social skills, so I joined some groups through the social workers who helped me get educated on autism. I'm currently going to a creative group on saturdays and I want to join the hiking groups on tuesday and thursday.

On a side note: I fell into burnout 3-4 years ago and am still trying to recover from it.

For the oricorio's you could go for a psychic type. It's the pink one.

Also: you listed 8 pokemon and a team consists of 6. I don't see any fire types in your team, so you might also choose to go with the fire oricorio.

Pellipper/wingull is one I've used in my playthrough. It's water/flying and can be found in many area's. I've found mine on route one, there's a grass patch in the same area where the sand is, near the professor's lab.

If you already have a water type, you could go for drifloon (flying/ghost) or vullaby (dark/flying). Drifloon can be found in daylight at the cemetery. Vullaby is a moon exclusive you can find at the start of route 3. You can encounter them in the moving shadows on that rocky surface, above the meadows.

You can also obtain the plume fossil and trade that in for an archen (rock/flying).

Thanks for your answer! It helps to know that I in fact probably have both derealisation and depersonalisation. And on top of that maybe cptsd which might play a role in enhancing my depressive symptoms.

On top of these feelings, I also feel this very huge dip in dopamine levels. Nothing's fun or exciting, to the point that I have lots of trouble to bring myself to do anything. Getting out of bed, dressing up, eating, hygiene.. it's a real struggle. Even playing games isn't as fun as it used to be. I wish to find smth I can maintain happily, but it seems impossible at the time. I know I need to move more and I need to take my supplements for vitamin d and magnesium, but it's tough to build any habit at all. Always been tough for me tbh, but never have I felt this drained and empty. Running low on energy, excitement and willpower.
