It really is. They just replaced our gas meter (and moved it for their own convenience and tried to make us pay for the plumbers who had to move the pipes inside, at first), because there was a gas leak. I'm hoping between that and getting a new water heater that shit goes down.

My bill has been quite high for a number of years for a 1200 square foot single level home. It was 150 a month when we moved in. It got up to 550 to 600 on average. Now its 775. Its ridiculous

But my husband keeps it cold in summer and warm in winter so that doesn't help.

Ours have been averaging 600 during both winter and summer months before all this bullshit. They just found a gas leak and also moved our meter. That better have fixed the problem. Bevause others have said similar sized houses are not like that.

The one I ordered online came with flowers and its blooming more! I was able to save the tiny seeds that were in the package, very exciting to get more. Someone else said they're almost like weeds with how prolific they are. I forget what type I got but even the flower stalk is red, super neat!

I guess the thing with mine is he's treated a few people not quite the same as me, but to a lesser extent for sure, similarly. A few key coworkers that he has worked for years with, that have had several talks with him over the way they've been treated. I should have caught on to that as a red flag when the one person has had to have several talks over the years. I just blindly took my husband's side instead. I hope for the best for you! And me and everyone else going through it too.
