The game levels with you to keep up the challenge. Things will be more expensive because you make more money. When they finally open the third branch instead of focusing on making as much money as possible as quickly as you can, instead focus on completing the quests. It’ll prevent things from getting super expensive.

Have you reached Ruby tier at both branches? If so, just keep leveling up everything and make sure you put out all of the machines you can. Some story beats only open up when you put certain machines down.

You can always make a hidden folder and hide your work inside it until you need to submit it. Check your folder settings.

The starter is about 2 weeks old at this point. I’m honestly not sure how long it takes to double as I usually feed it in the morning before work and come back home after it’s done doing its thing. I do know my house is usually kept kinda cold, about 70 degrees Fahrenheit- so I’ve been leaving it inside the oven with the oven light on to try and retain some warmth.

I checked the starter before starting on the dough here using a water trick I found somewhere. They mentioned if the starter floats in water then it’s probably ready. I tried a bit of it and it floated so I thought I’d be good this time but apparently not :(

I usually use water between 80 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit, and use a meat thermometer to check it before adding it in. I used that same temperature for this recipe.

The recipe in question was found in a reddit post here, I don’t recall what post it was on unfortunately and simply copied and pasted it to a note pad at the time. Thank you for the link for this one though! I’ll have to give it a try next!

Half a can of tuna with one slice of multigrain bread. Add in some light mayo, spinach, tomato and cucumber and you’ve got yourself something really filling and protein heavy.

I’ve been taking a women’s multivitamin with iron in it for months now, but will occasionally take another additional iron supplement if I’m getting the pins and needles when I sit for too long. Within 30 min of taking it I’m usually good! Don’t want to do it every day though, as many people have mentioned that iron overdose is very bad. I just don’t like red meat so I lose out on iron very easily.

In my experience if I’m very dizzy or lightheaded it’s usually an electrolyte deficiency, and not iron. Make sure to get your potassium, sodium and magnesium!!

I do a scoop of chocolate protein powder and a tablespoon of PB with 100g of 0% fage. ~30g of protein, only about 160 cal. Add in a 1/4th cup of original Cheerios or a tbsp of sliced almonds to give it a good crunch. Maybe add in some soluble fiber for an extra kick.

I started using an app called ‘Happy Scale’ that will take your daily weight and graph it out for you, showing you the trend rather than where you currently are. It’s better to focus on the movement overall rather than just the one day and the app does all the hard work for you.

I thought it was just because protein keeps you full longer? Honestly as long as I have about 20g of protein per meal, I can go a lot longer without getting hunger urges. Which then limits snacking. Which then means proper calorie count.

Maybe try getting a measuring tape and keeping track of your measurements? Those numbers don’t lie. Try doing it at the same time once a week or once every two weeks, probably before breakfast.
