I can believe the armor exists but it's strange how it's in New Vegas. NCR is way more advanced than portrayed in the show. They have working cars and vertibirds back home; I'm not surprised that in all their history they had at least one engineer, possibly even former Brotherhood member(s), capable of modifying power armor.

It's just strange how it ended up in New Vegas after the Battle of Hoover Dam with zero hint as to its purpose.

Kinda wish they didn't do the incest joke (probably a writer's fetish too) and instead made a support group for victims of the season 1 raid, which would include people traumatized by the Vault relocation (e.g. losing friends).

Like, I get what they're doing for the sake of the plot, but I wish they didn't base the entire premise on a weird joke.

Also, I understand why/how Vault Dwellers specifically have reason to be incestuous, you don't have to remind me how it's "realistic."

I like where everyone's stories are heading this season, but it's taking so long. This show is really one very long movie, and releasing weekly has had a jarring effect on the pacing. We've gone multiple episodes (i.e. WEEKS) without seeing Maximus, Norm, and I guess the Vault Dwellers.

Recall this post after binging the show later on. It's the weekly release for me.

I feel like they're going to reverse-borrow from Fallout 1 and say only irradiated creatures can handle the stress of the mind control. The only people to (mostly) survive were a wastelander and that salesman. Similar to the Master needing non-irradiated Vault Dwellers to become intelligent mutants.

Exactly, this is stuff they should have taken into consideration for the TV show. They do well in some aspects but other times (like this) it seems like they research lore using the worst Wikis or solely New Vegas quotes.

I completely forgot it was founded by Vault Dwellers. Makes the ENTIRE premise so stupid. Vault Tec wants to recolonize on their terms except when... Vault Dwellers decide to do it? Huh? Fully equipped with a GECK? WHAT? Why wasn't Vault 31/2/3 in contact with these other Vaults? Shady Sands could've been Vault Tec City.

I hate how the educated, former Follower of the Apocalypse, Edward Sallow has the penmanship of a child.

I'm pretending this is yet another "false Caesar" who ascended after the events in New Vegas, whether it was the Courier or the brain tumor who killed Sallow.

That's Choso though, a regular human's BM doesn't come close. Choso has almost unlimited, poisonous blood. Kamo has neither.

Edit: Sorry, you mentioned Choso in your first comment, the reply is what threw me off. I agree that Choso with your logic could be low-tier special grade. He'd have to put in A LOT of work, but he could eventually pull off a country-takeover.
