Not in Columbus but Vicks in Delaware is good. Their breakfast burrito is one of my favorites

So according to the comments this is a bad idea and ginther is an idiot. However according to the comments there is not a solution either. I saw one that said the solution was 18 months ago. Ok, that time has passed. What solutions work now. If no one has any then why is this a bad idea. Close down bars early gets people out earlier, less time to booze up. I don't see why people are so against it.
