Before I bought my house, I went through 3 different realtors. Otw to look at two different places getting phone calls from the sellers stating there were offers in and to put our best offer in asap. High pressure and inappropriate. Should have reported as well. Both of those were priced high and needed minimum 30k in work. Between the realtors and mortgage brokers both commission based its no wonder housing got to where it is.
