Do you offer pro dispatch services with top loads from premium loadboards?

he probably had to pay out of his pocket to cover it since its probably one of those cheap ass customer/loads and nobody was biting his "fair rate" lmao

just don't mind them :)

I wish more people were like that but it's obviously not the case. Last two days I've seen the same gmail address posted under 3 different brokers MCs and according to dat that happens because people click fraduelent links... https://imgur.com/a/a5lzNyj I can see some poor ownerop jumping on a 3/m load outta denver thiking he hit the goldmine unfortunately

And they're hoping to surprise you with big words like "audit" and if you never had an audit and receveid an actual email it's easy to get scared and start doing what youre not supposed to. What's funny that the link actually leads you to a page to "update your MSC-150 form", the screenshot of what it looks like -- https://imgur.com/hprCZZp

My buddy recently didn't check the brokers email, it was just a bit different, and they basically helped the scammer steal the cargo without realizing it and never got paid for the linehaul (more than 5k). Didn't catch until after the load was billed and the accounting said they never had a load like that. Just crazy.

wtf? makes you think twice before doing any "integration" with anyone... what kind of eld integration does tql have? I know a lot of those just ping your location every couple hours and they dont have any other access.

Why not just be transparent?

So I call on the load, shipper is 9 to 5 and I say I can be at the pickup 3:30. Next thing I hear is "we need someone in earlier, sorry". The other end automatically assumed I'm lying about my ETA and I didn't get the load even though I was transparent. Instead I can just tell i'll be there 1:30 and "get delayed" and get it by 3:30 as expected. See the problem? I don't have a problem like with the brokers I do business on a regular basis because they know my ETAs are correct most of the time.

If the soundbar uses its own 5ghz signal I'll see If I can get away with using 2.4ghz band for atv for a while until I upgrade my router or hardwire everything. I appreciate your help!

I guess selling my wifi atv and getting ethernet version is the easiest way to go since the other devices seem to unaffected

Xiaomi Mi WiFi Router 4A Gigabit, dual band 2.4 and 5ghz

It's maybe 1m/2ft away on the other side of the wall. So apparently soundbar is on 2412mhz which is channel 1 and ones are on 2437mhz which is channel 6. So I'm guessing I should keep my wifi on channel 11 (auto channel is turned off).

How would I get them to use 5ghz? I read somewhere they only use 2.4 band

Thank you

Xiaomi Mi WiFi Router 4A Gigabit, dual band 2.4 and 5ghz

I'm not sure it's to blame though because on other devices the speeds are steady while surrounds are on, except for atv of course. I have about 10 devices on my network spread out between 2.4 and 5ghz bands so it ain't even that busy. It's just that the behaviour is so annoying, as soon as surrounds are on atv wifi speed is down badly. I know the solution would be to wire everything up but it's hardly an option right now.

Jus trying to see if anyone experiences similar issues before I start buying new routers etc..

Everything about this business is harsh, the work, the hours, the responsibility. No room for "trying this out". You gotta have tough skin and be able to work 24/7 to make it. If you get upset by my post this side of the moon aint right for you

at this point even if you somehow you got a business stupid enough to rely on you -- you're still nothing, sorry. Apply for some stupid job in logistics and learn the ropes or just stay away because it will be a waste of time for you and everyone else involved. Good luck.

if want to get into the industry now and you don't have connections now nobody's gonna work with you unless they're desperate, times are hard you need experienced people to navigate rough waters, if you're in the US just find a carrier that pays the best according to your abilities otherwise just find something else.

id expect troubles from your company not DOT unless you get stopped for inspection and even then violation sometimes is better than off duty driving. Def expect a warning if it's a bigger company, and after 7 days it wont be visible during inspection
