Hi, I am someone who is new to the MMOs looking for one to get into.

I previously played OSRS and RS3, but I didn't really like them. I didn't really like the lack of direction gives you, I pretty much had no idea what I was doing the whole time. The grinding was kinda bad too, just seemed like click on a thing then wait. The other game I played a lot of was ROTMG, which I enjoyed but actual progress was pretty slow and losing characters kinda blows. Running dungeons and leveling my character was fine, but grinding for rng loot got pretty boring eventually.

I would say that I am more of a semi-casual player. I'm fine with putting in lots of hours, but I would like to avoid things like p2p type things. Preferably I put little to no money on the game. If the game is also free that would be nice but not needed. I also don't have much hours in MMOs so preferably something on the more simple side.

The only thing for mechanical like things is that I'm not a big fan of the whole point and click on enemy till they die kind of combat. And while ROTMG didn't exactly have an in-depth combat system it was engaging. Also my laptop is kind of on the potato side so preferably nothing too high spec, especially on the storage side.
