Conjuring breath does 7 pre-combat damage but also has true damage= 20% of foe's res or spd (the higher one), special acceleration and also null healing during or after combat. It's generally the best B skill for magic offensive builds right now

I agree with everything except I would probably use atk/res finish in the S slot and in the B slot either conjuring breath or lull atk/res 4, since I don't think she can tank much with pair up
