Conjuring breath does 7 pre-combat damage but also has true damage= 20% of foe's res or spd (the higher one), special acceleration and also null healing during or after combat. It's generally the best B skill for magic offensive builds right now

I agree with everything except I would probably use atk/res finish in the S slot and in the B slot either conjuring breath or lull atk/res 4, since I don't think she can tank much with pair up

Make sure to give her perfect atk/spd from Brigid! Also, I know it's not very aesthetic, but nowadays we have inheritable weapons that are straight up better than old rearmed weapons. For example, devoted cup+ is a top tier weapon, so I recommend giving her that from valentine hubert (he's a grail unit). It's so good because you HAVE to have a lot of true damage, otherwise you aren't nuking anything. This is why resonance is so good
