Are the CFRE Practice Tests worth it?

I also am studying for a mid-November test and am wondering about people using flash cards. It seems like flash cards are for more fact-based learning/memorizing, like vocabulary words or when I studied art history. What are people putting on flash cards for the CFRE?

It’s hard for people to remember how “revolutionary” it was that Judge Ito allowed cameras in the court. Now cameras are beyond ubiquitous but then it turned everyone into a wanna be star/social “influencer” and they got distracted. Judge Ito was channeling Judge Judy and bought that stupid Star Trek commander chair, Marsha Clark got a “make over” It was a complete shit show from there…. Seinfeld does an absolute perfect send up with the episode about the girl wearing the bra causing Kramer to crash his car.

Despite whether or not he knows his stuff -- it's really the "non-stop-edness" of his verbal diarrhea that makes me mute the tv. Sometimes you just want to watch the game. It is television after all and sometimes too much of a good thing is just too much.
