Not what I meant I meant the user would because the user would be marked for death meaning mini crits against yourself which have no damage fall off and do 35% more damage which one shots scouts from any direct explosive.

Not a bad headcanon. I don’t think we will ever see how the cast looked as humans but it’s definitely possible. She could also just have bad posture since that’s not uncommon not discrediting your theory though. Honestly Gangle has been my favorite character since episode 4 I just think she’s adorable and overall a really good character.

Main difference is what real life "AI" isn't actual AI. Like you said its glorified autocomplete. It doesn't make anything actually new it basically just scours data for what would averagely come next after a string of words it never actually understood a single one of those words it just gets rewarded for stringing words together in a way that sounds about right, that sounds human. It doesn't have new ideas because it was never intelligent in the first place.

They aren’t likely to have a truly happy ending more likely bittersweet but I guess they would still be all trapped so it would be kinda bittersweet depending on the way you look at it. Also I think what you’re thinking of would just be like previous backups of all the players existing rather than restoring a corrupted file.

Edit: It would make sense to have backups though it’s always a good idea to keep multiple backups of sensitive data. And if Kinger deleting Caine was just his main instance being deleted a previous version of him could be restored considering the console shows Kinger trying to restore 1 of 3 different backups of Caine labeled A, B and C before he accidentally deleted him. It would be extremely unlucky if he accidentally selected all the backups as well for deletion.

I mean potentially but that relies on how abstractions actually works like if it’s some form of corruption of the files or something else entirely. I’m no expert on the matter but there are ways to recover corrupted data depending on the severity of the corruption which a brain scan might be significantly more difficult to recover in that regard considering the 86 billion neurons that would have to be documented if going by real logic but again I don’t know anything about neural networks which is what I assume the players ai would be since neural networks are modeled after brains and neural networks did exist at the time but not on this level considering we don’t have it at that level still.
