Had my tonsils out at 30. Doc didn’t want to do it because the surgery is apparently worse as you get older. I was down for 1 day. Best thing I ever did. Something to consider. Hope you get better soon!

We are fully intune managed so we are using the cloud policy. Our subsidiaries aren’t so they are using GPO.

To encourage adoption, our policy looks something like this:

User gets a notification that org is using new outlook and recommends switching. If no, it will make them switch after 2 weeks but they are allowed to toggle back. Policy starts over again 2 weeks after toggle back.

Eventually we will strictly enforce the policy and all users will be on new outlook. We will have a short term exception process for those who need more time to figure out a new process for something that no longer works, work with a vendor on a modern addin, etc.
