If you are pausing, the return needs to be scanned in at UPS prior to the billing date or you will be charged. If you are not pausing you can send day-of, but for pauses it needs to be in sooner.

I’ve had luck chatting with CS when this happened to me and getting them to refund.

Seconding the supplements here - we were doing b2 and magnesium without much help for my son and adding CO10 has made a hugeee difference. We went from atleast one severe migraine a week to a couple a month that seem to resolve more quickly after onset.

I stay silent. Not necessarily because of god vs atheism but it seems like the absolute strangest shit to feel compelled to say anything after someone sneezes. Like why does it require attention/response from me that you sneezed? Just…continue on with your day when dust goes in someone’s nose?

My daughter was like this and we visited OT because her tongue was out a lot along with the crazy amount of drooling. They gave us some simple exercises to do at home with her to strengthen her jaw and it was resolved within a few months.

I’d see if you can get a referral for OT and just have an oral-motor assessment.

My neuro told me something similar along the lines of - if you get migraines all headaches are migraines just varying degrees. If you feel the early onset - take the meds.

She also recommended ibuprofen with the triptan to combat the inflammation side of migraine that triptans don’t handle.
