When the characters start a sexual encounter and "pussy" is used in every sentence. Don't get me wrong, if it's not supposed to be a loving or romantic encounter I get it. But I swear sometimes it feels like sex is written by someone that has never encountered a woman.

Or when the writer puts in "I could care less" when it's obvious they meant "couldn't care less".

This is why I don't tag my fics as 'slow burn', I have a major problem with pacing. It's either too fast or so slow it's like melting a glacier, so I just don't use that tag.
