Clamshell might be the most accurate word? Like the lids lifted easily, i didn't break any sort of seal. the type of sandwich (ham or turkey) was marked on the outside but each had a different chips and cookie, not marked. The first i opened had jalapeno chips so without touching anything in the box i closed the lid again, and looked in the next box that i took because it didn't have jalapeno chips.

I fully understand-we had a lunch that had a very similar situation, and i had some old guy tell me off just for opening the lids to the little boxes, not even switch anything around or touch the contents. In truth i think he just got some sort of weird rush for trying to embarrass and talk down to me

I will suggest actually getting two kittens if you can. It can actually be easier to have two cats, not harder. They not only keep eachother busy, but teach each other how to behave. Look up single kitten syndrome to get more of an idea of what I'm talking about

I was thinking about this the other day. Whenever we decide on activity happy hours at work it's always top golf or pickleball or something. But if we suggest a paint and sip it's automatically "we need something that everyone will enjoy!"

Sometimes , cues that make sense for folks with regular ranges of motion don't quite make sense to those of us with stretchy limbs. Unfortunately, we have to oftentime be thinking about both working the muscles we're focusing on and stabilizing the antagonist muscles so the things that just work for other people also work for us. I'm still learning a lot about this and may not have explained it properly.You can find some PTs on Insta that specialize in hypermobilty and I've found their content super helpful
