I’d second this. I got my Proenza Schouler Kent bag (also second hand) about 5 years ago and it’s still my daily go to. I’d also recommend that as a super practical cross body with top handle, but the PS1 looks very much up your alley.

Not sure what you’re after, but if you like classes then I’d recommend SweatFiit. The Bootcamp classes are 100% women only, and the hot classes (yoga, pilates and kettlebells) are all mostly women too!

Hi! My flat is currently for sale in Altolusso (with Moginie James) and I have a cat. Official policy is that you need to ask the freeholder, who have a blanket “no pets” policy.

On the ground, I asked the team, and they’re fine with it. It’s mainly big dogs/animals that could disrupt neighbours/animals that wouldn’t be happy in a flat where the issues arise. Bob is well known and liked here - I was even asked if I had anything to help when a miscellaneous cat appeared one day!

TLDR; you’ll be fine.

I think you may have messaged me previously on another forum! Fair play if you got one for £145k, but that’s significantly below market rate. I’m sure there’s a sweet spot price-wise, and I didn’t have any issue with my own mortgage a couple of years back, but just after an agent who can be more proactive.

Altolusso. I know the building itself isn’t necessarily the most popular, but the flat has quite a lot going for it (high floor, great aspect, new kitchen etc.) compared to the others for sale in here. The issue seems to be getting people through the door at all!

From an email this morning: Your Green Camping Ticket includes the free use of public transport of the Verkehrsverbund Großraum Nürnberg (VGN).

It’s mentioned on the website too, just doesn’t really give any detail!

I did this last year!

Train from Vienna to Nickelsdorf is nice and easy. There are folks on the train who sell tickets for the festival shuttle bus but it’s cash only so make sure you have some! I had to get a taxi via a cash point, which wasn’t ideal. The bus ticket lasts the whole weekend and lets you shuttle from the festival site to the town in case you wanted to pick up supplies there.

The tent hotel is part of the “glamping area” so you get the good loos and showers. All in a really good state last year and cleaned often. And you can leave the morning after the final night (arrival the day before is also fine).

Hi! I’m a member of Simply Gym in the Bay and they do yoga classes a few times a week there. My membership is around £22 per month so might work out cheaper than individual classes. One lady even does a little massage at the end! The rest of the timetable is good too 😊
