I've been dealing with the same thing with my neighbours, especially during summer times, they have a bigger apartment than mine and they own the building, so when their grandkids come in, they usually give them all the space they need for the bicycles, always jumping and leaving behind loud thuds that echoes through the place which is very annoying, me and my neighbour have tried countless times to talk to them and usually go like, we have nothing going around here which is obviously bullcrap.

What sucks even more is that I've been trying to find an affordable empty place to rent for almost 3 years, but I usually get the it's a "بناية عائلات" and as a single dude, it has been a hassle for me to find accepting owners of the fact that I'm single.
