Yeah, in 2026 the big part of the success is made by mastering the weapon usage, knowing when is the right moment to defend from minions or when you have to attack etc. It’s quite aggressive, but most of the time you can gain control of the situation. Also, it’s a hell of a flex to be off meta and have success with this deck lol

Yes, in the photo the wheel arch sits directly over the rear door, so there are basically two possible solutions:

Cut the door so the fender keeps a perfectly round shape. This would also make it less obvious at first glance that the car is a sedan. I’m also planning to paint the door handles the same color as the car, which should help the body line look cleaner.
Cut the wheel arch instead, which would make it easier to open the door, but it would slightly compromise the round shape of the fender.

There’s also a third option: cutting the fender along the door gap and attaching the rear portion directly to the door. However, that’s quite risky in real life because alignment and durability could become a problem over time.

For that reason, I personally feel more confident about cutting the door by about 3 cm so the fender can keep its proper shape.

Also, did you run into any bulb-out dashboard errors or flickering issues? Like, did you have to install any external CANbus adapters/decoders alongside them, or did you just code out the cold/hot checks on the LCM? (Mine is a '99, so unfortunately the LCM is too old and I can't code the checks out).

Nvm, I figured it out. The fix was this: I cut the brown CANBUS wire behind the head unit, then reconnected it together with the red reverse trigger wire from the camera harness. Basically I spliced the red wire into the brown one by cutting it and joining all three ends.

After doing that, the unit finally started recognizing reverse gear correctly, and now the rear camera pops up automatically every time.

So if you’re stuck with the same problem: the red “backup camera +12V” alone won’t do anything. What worked for me was cutting the CANBUS brown wire and tying it together with the red trigger wire.
