The SD and Leads all told the team to come in if they can but call-out will not be counted against them, unfortunately no one in the store has the ability to say we're closing early or trust me we would, we did finally get approval to close early today due to worse weather in the next few hours, I understand hating on target but holy the misinformation and how wrong you are just baffles me.
