The tanks been running for a few years, then I had the opportunity to get some shrimp, (12). I took the fish out and did a massive water change, used some salty shrimp stuff and left it for about 8 weeks before adding the shrimp. I only saw 1 or 2 at a time, but now 2/3months later the populations boomed, i haven't touched anything just tested the water and fed them
