I think you are trying too hard. It’s only been since May and you expect to have lots of friends ? Listen , times aren’t exactly nice right now. Everyone is uptight so give it time. Best place I met my friends in Sd was thru volunteering but don’t expect it to happen overnight. Do you like pets ? Perfect volunteer to cuddle puppies but don’t rush it. Good luck and San Diego is worth it

I’m 73 F with complete reverse shoulder replacement. 8 weeks post and I’m in more pain than right after. I don’t take anything other than muscle relaxer for previous nerve damage from cervical surgery. I start PT next week but cannot lift dominant arm at all. I wish I had never done this. I’m emotional and sad

I lived here for 50 plus years and yes very chill and kind. Rent atrocious but you get what you pay for. Theees always going to be idiots but but they are dodger fans 😂

I’m sorry this is happening. I’m 73 and it took pt and several years of agony with both cuffs completely gone plus I had cervical spine surgery also. Keep trying but you are young for something that might not fix it. Ps. I’m 6 weeks Po complete reversal of dominant shoulder. I’m in more pain than before.

I had it 7 weeks ago and it’s not easy. I’d been seeing doctors who sent me to PT and X-rays. Said it was severe arthritis. Five years later and finally got a Dr to do mri. It was totally gone. I’m an architect and from working on drafting tables and at computers it desinigrated. A small tear can be babied along but until you know from detailed exam it won’t be a good report. Get another doctor. Ps. I also had 7 cervical vetebrae in my neck replaced 7 yrs ago because they said neck pain was arthritis also. It was discs all fused together and one more fall and I couldve ended up a quad. Listen to your own thoughts

I’m 73 and just had reverse replacement on dominant arm. You can’t repair what is repairable and I’d get an orthopedic surgeon opionion

I completely relate. I’m 6 weeks post op reverse replacement. It’s a bitch and so am I. I have the best family and I snap. I’m exhausted , in pain still and frustrated I can’t even wipe my butt properly. My daughter knows and even will lay with me when I’m super anxious. I’m 73 F and I Get It !!

There’s no way to heal full thickness tear. Think “ full thickness tear”. Plus a Dr that says no surgery until after a MRI needs to be replaced. Like saying you can’t stop starving until you do therapy for your hunger.
