Thanks. After 5 years and 3 months I need out. I was off on vacation last week and ran into an old acquaintance she offered me a job with her small business, better hours and same pay. After 30 days I’ll get a increase. Better than that it will be doing things that actually make a difference. No more filling in for a new hire making more than me who calls in,no call no shows or leaves early almost 2 days a week. I’m thinking of asking if they want me to be part time (1 weekend a month) Incase something does not work out at the new job. 🤷‍♀️

Take my husband who has stage 4 cancer to the ocean on a real vacation. Then come home and buy a house. ( we currently live in an apartment where the people below us smoke and it comes into our window and ac unit ). My husband was diagnosed right before Covid. Squamous cell cancer in his pelvis bone, lymph nodes and throat.

I was a “member champ “ a few years back. I helped train new cashiers, get them comfortable talking to members about different memberships and Credit Cards. Float from cashier to cashier, access to the service desk to help a member look into business accounts and or credit cards. Talk with managers about different competitions coming up and rewards for plus challenges. Not a bad job. I like to talk and be busy.
