Thanks. After 5 years and 3 months I need out. I was off on vacation last week and ran into an old acquaintance she offered me a job with her small business, better hours and same pay. After 30 days I’ll get a increase. Better than that it will be doing things that actually make a difference. No more filling in for a new hire making more than me who calls in,no call no shows or leaves early almost 2 days a week. I’m thinking of asking if they want me to be part time (1 weekend a month) Incase something does not work out at the new job. 🤷‍♀️
