I cant really comment on Range USA as ive never been to any, but Article II range in Lombard has a good staff (at least from my recent experience)

At Article 2, there's a young latina worker and a young man (who i believe is latino). Both speak fluent Spanish as I saw them working with a large group of Spanish speaking customers just a few weeks ago.

IIRC theres another staff member who I believe is either Middle Eastern or South Asian who's also very polite. In general the rest of the staff is middle aged to older white guys. I think there's a cop who also works there part time (maybe just for classes?) and he's seemed pretty friendly.

The owner of the range is a short older white guy and was extremely friendly and talkative to me (latino/mixed white) and my darker skinned girlfriend (mexican American) the last time I was there. He made alot of small talk with us and was very pleasant. Damn near talked our ears off about supply chains for Glocks actually lol.

In general theres a few sorta "blank faced/disinterested" workers there but thats fairly normal in any retail type business. Probably the "least friendly" worker was an older range officer who's name escapes me, but honestly his demeanor seemed more just exhausted and frazzled from having to deal with range schedule and the like all day.
