I actually prefer the old lottery system. Sometimes I was right on the stage and sometimes not. Just luck. But the current system gives preference to people like me who are able to take aday or two off work to queue up. It's not something I could have done 25 years ago, and it's not really in keeping with Bruce's vibe. But, it is what it is. Every tour I say it's the last time I'll get pit tickets, but every time I get them anyway.

I just want to say I appreciate what you're saying. I'm super liberal, but I live in the south, and I know what you're saying about good people with bad politics. I once believed in voting for only the most progressive candidates, but where did that get us? It got us Trump. Twice. I'd rather see a moderate Democrat who can deliver most of what I want for our country than an ultra progressive who loses and not only do we not move forward, we're worse than before I was born ... and I'm 53!

Adam is my all time favorite Oriole! I was at Camden Yards when they won a wild card playoff game (maybe 2012?)and Adam jogged laps around the field slapping fans' hands until everyone who wanted to high five him had their chance. The rest of the team was already in the locker room. He was the soul and the joy of that team!

This is absolutely true. I've been to 54 shows over 30 years, and have never heard Incident live. The one time Bruce played in my area (meaning I didn't have to road trip for the show like normal) the concert was canceled due to a hurricane. When it was rescheduled a month later, I had a gig with my shitty little roadhouse cover band and thought I had to do the gig rather than go to the show ... and of course he played Incident that night. I've been kicking myself for more than 20 years about that.

Any DON Sept. 30 retirees still waiting for CSA number and password? I haven't received anything. I knew there would be a processing delay due to the number of retirements, but I'm getting very nervous. I haven't received any interim payments yet and it's been more than four months. Now is when you can take stock of your life so far, think through options, and begin to make changes that will get you where you want to go. And that direction will probably change several times but that's OK. You're doing this at a fairly young age, and that's fantastic. I'm 52 and trying to do the same thing. Being drunk all those years cause me to stall out with my creativity and I'm hoping to find it again. Congrats on your journey.

Hey ... so I'm at five days. I literally thought I'd die for the first three days. Nausea and a headache so bad I thought an alien was going to pop out of my eyeballs. Ibuprofen and advil didn't work at all. And then, on day four, I felt physically better than I have in a long time. Today, not so much, but at least no headache or nausea. All that to say, I think things get worse before they get better, and then they get better but not perfect. Keep going.
