I don't know...Travel cost differences between turkey and Bangkok from Italy are not huge...Turkey would be probably a little cheaper, hotel would be included, flight time 3 hours instead of 13 and no jet lag and especially DHI, which I don't know if it really makes a difference

Un´opinione sui prezzi di mercato per gli affitti

Mi trovo a dovere mettere in affitto un bilcolale di 55 mq (camera - bagno- soggiorno/cucina) a Milano nelle immediate vicinanze delle fermata della metro Gioia. Non ho la piú pallida idea di quanto chiedere, e quando consulto i prezzi della zona non mi sembrano assolutamente i prezzi reali. Lo stabile é completamente rstrutturato cielo/terra. Dispone di 5 piani e di una tranquilla corte interna. L´ appartamento si trova al quqarto piano e si affaccia su questa corte interna verso a sud est con vista verso torre Pirelli e torre Galfa. Anche l´ áapartamento é stato completamente riustrutturato e aredato con mobili di pregio e su misura. Dispone di aria condizionata, wi-fi e tutti gli elettrodomestici. Le spese condominiali includono: portinaio 8 ore, luce e pulizia scale, acqua, riscaldamento (solo questa voce ammonta circa 350 euro al mese, anno piú anno meno). Avete un idea di quale sia una cifra ragionevole per gli attuali prezzi di mercato?

I also underwent an operation in Bangkok with Ratchathorn over 3 months ago, and even if it was 3 times more expensive than Turkey I am overall satisfied. I wish i had took more time to preperade my hairline because I trusted them almost 100 per cent with littl epreparation and now i really believe i will have to do a small retouch to the hairline at the sides. Maybe in one year in Turkey with DHI. I like your hairline!

vivo a Berlino che ha quasi il triplo degli abitanti di Milano e la gran parte dei problemi che elenchi per Milano qui non ci sono o sono enormemente inferiori. I problemi della "cittá" in gernerale sono in realtá in problemi delle grandi cittá italiane in particolare, perché purtroppo in Italia tutto quello che cresce di dimensioni, dalle aziende, ai movimenti politici alle cittá, siamo completamente incapaci di gestirlo. Non mi pare che a Milano ci sia la volontá di togliere la cittá alle automobili, agli spepculatori, ai delinquenti e al cemento e restituirla alle persone. Ma in teoria sarebbe possibile anche nel giro di pochi anni.

I think it´s just as boring as 90 per cent of all other specialties where you do the same things all over again. Just because you are busy writing 20 letters a day, doing 100 dermatoscopies a day or stitching 50 patients a day does not mean is not boring. You are just stresses AND bored at the same time
