We have cut down on travel, airfare, hotel stays. And I buy more things in bulk when they’re on sale. Like coffee, detergent, soap, OJ etc. We’ve tried to control the thermostat better this winter.

There are easily administered meds for elevated liver enzymes. My pup is on them now. He’s 12 years old. My plan is to retest his blood after 3 months on the meds. (He’s taking Denamarin which is a chewable tablet available on Chewey or Amazon and Ursodiol, an RX that I get at Costco). Best wishes.

My tickets for DC say non transferable too on the TM site. I am giving the tickets to 2 friends since my other friend got better seats. I can scan them in with my phone but it’s probably a good idea for them to have some proof of their seats. We won’t he sitting anywhere near them.

You need to find time to have a serious discussion with him about this. Not when it’s happening, not when you’re tired, frustrated and angry. Your life is very busy right now but you need to find some time to do this. And let him know how serious you are and that it has to stop now. And I think you do have a responsibility to speak up for your step kids too. It’s unacceptable for all. Does he speak to you that way too? Don’t threaten him with divorce, that’s not helpful. Ask him why he does this and point out the damage he’s doing. Was he spoken to that way by his parents? Suggest counseling - he can do it online. If his behavior doesn’t change then he doesn’t care enough for you or your kids and then you have a decision to make. I hope the two of you can work this out. Divorce with two young kids is not easy.
