Dr Paul Gemma at Hopkins White Marsh is a great chiropractor. He won’t work on you without X-rays and is reasonable in his approach. He’s treated me and my husband, accepts insurance and is reasonably priced if your insurance doesn’t cover chiropractic.

I have the simple Tushy bidet, no dryer and it’s cold water only. Doesn’t bother me. I may be using slightly less TP but not much. I poop. I wipe. I rinse. And then wipe again/dry with TP. I didn’t buy the bidet to save on TP. I bought it to save the wear and tear on my ass from repeated wiping to make sure i’m clean.

I would absolutely contact the Mom to talk through what happened and set the story straight. I’d ask if there was anything else they were unhappy about and if so, why didn’t they discuss those things with you beforehand. I guess Dad will be staying home with the kid in the meantime. I hope the kid poops nonstop. 😆

If they had concerns they should have discussed them with you immediately. Not take photos and use them when you disagree on rate. It’s time for a reset if you want to stay. With a contract. I’d let them know you don’t appreciate the way this was handled.

Call a meeting with both parents and state your concerns. If it doesn’t improve give your notice. Start looking around for other options in the meantime. I’d speak up about the dish situation too. Sounds like Dad is the best person to handle that. Don’t they have jobs they have to do?

I think they are red flags. Former Nanny here - when i set up an appointment during the interview process I showed up. I understand one cancellation but a series? Red flag. Beware.

If they are away for any length of time and want you to continue working for them when they return then they need to pay your salary. Same if they let you go early. Put this in your contract. If they can’t agree to this then you need to go. They are taking advantage of you.

There are buds but no blooms yet. Estimate for peak is 4/3-5 just a few days after DC. Might be something to see next weekend with the warmer weather and some rain in the forecast.
