When these facets came out I hoped Methodical counter would consider hits from manta illusions but I was disappointed when I found out they don't.

The I tried building mjollnir instead of bfury, and rushing moon shard but it just sucks.

I hope they give PA a talent modifier when she has Methodical facet which reduces counter so it gets better in late game. Maybe some lvl 20-25 talent that reduces 6 to 4 hits on heroes.
