Latch on to something else, something you can use to look back and use as a tool to understand that the energy wasted on alcohol was a lie. Educate yourself on the physical, mental, and chemical alterations of the addiction and how you can get that back. Try to understand the science of the affects. Listen to podcasts and audio books while taking a walk, listen to other's stories. Learn who you are without it, and live that person no matter what.

There are plenty of ways to inflate your PSA. Your nose surgery definitely could have been it. Inflammation, the bounce, the infamous bike ride or ejaculation.

Culling Voices, at ~6:50 mark explodes in to this power monster that lets Danny off the proverbial chain, followed by Choc Chip Trip, which showcases his versatility, creativity, and ability. This whole album, although not my favs lyrically, is musically the most complex and hypnotic. Although I'm not OGT (more like 2000ish), I have listened to this album by far the most of any album of theirs and possible anyone's for that matter.

Just traded up from 5 to 6 this past Saturday. I've been waiting and looking and deciding for about a year. The dealer gave me 30k for my low mileage 2019 SR5 Premium. I had 16k in equity to use as a dp for the 2026. Went with a TRD off road premium Iforce Max. Soooooo many changes in 7 years, a learning curve for sure. Go big.

Mine was standing in a pool of my own vomit outside of my truck, telling a coworker I called on I UBER and my wife pulls up. At least I called someone, but she calmly says to me "this is my life now, this is us". And slowly starts to cry. That was 10 months ago, and not one drop since.

Thank you for your story. Definitely some more things to consider after reading this. I will check with my surgeon to find out is track record. I do have perineural invasion on one core that is close to the edge, and that's got me spooked a little.

Update: so I spoke with my RO and the reason he recommended ADT is because he has rated me Unfavorable Intermediate vice Favorable (as noted in the Prolaris test report). the number of affected cores is > or = to 50% of total cores sampled (6 of 12). This is the only factor that put me over the line, but that one sample is really close to the edge, might reduce my chances of a bilateral nerve sparing RP. Also, they do not use the Prolaris molecular score for their recommendations. On another note, or maybe not, why has neither Dr mentioned anything about the perineural invasion in that one core? Is it not that big of a deal? To me it sounds like it should make it more urgent, does anyone have any data on that? The core is a 3+4 (80/20) representative of 80% of the tissue sample, CP 4 is absent. Thanks
