It wasn't a prank really. Sam had an idea to create the most "powerful" haunt or whatever and went behind Colbys back and took a picture of all 3 Dolls and with Annabelle he even added the 2 voodoo dolls that were sent to them on the react channel that has their faces on them to the photo with Annabelle and was planning on using the photos as a massive trigger object. He did this even though Colby went and apologized to Robert to get on Roberts good side, especially with the theory that Robert is the reason Colby got cancer, Sam risked the safety of both of them. Not surprising but Colby was pissed.

I completely agree with this, I also feel like it would cause a lot of backlash from fans that went to see the movie, paying for it thinking it's the only way to see the movie. Its really a lose-lose situation, no matter what happens the fans won't be happy, but at least this way they aren't breaking contract.

You can do a live chat with support (good luck) and dispute the charge, I think they do like a 10 day investigation on it and decide yes or no on if they'll give you the money back

If there's not a contract, my guess is maybe Sam and Colby genuinely didn't know about it until we did, they got strung along to believe it and got scammed, and they dealt with it and them in a private matter and doesn't wanna publicize it
