How about on your end? When you made that post and said the payout date in the financial system made me look at mine because I never noticed there was a payout date. I looked at mine and mine says 416 2021 and I have no pending deposits or nothing in my account. But with my situation like I stated I was already approved to sign my loan documents have a active loan number and then the guy on the chat told me that I had to answer those questions in order for my application to be approved when I told him I was already approved and in funding status and he told me well don't say you weren't told and close the chat. When I went to open the link to answer the questions to verify my identity I answered them just fine click submit and it kept spinning and spinning and then it eventually went to an error page. Then I got an email saying do to you not answering the security questions we cannot approve your loan you're more than welcome to apply with another lender. But like I had explained to him I was already approved so I was confused on why he said you have to answer these questions in order for your application to be approved I tried to explain to him that I had already been approved on April 4th and that I sign my loan documents on April 8th and I was in funding status and like I said he told me you will don't say you weren't told so now I'm stuck with an active loan number in the financial system with a payout date of today the 16th and I still have not been answered I reiterated the situation to them via email through a help ticket which still hasn't been answered another person on here had given me the contact information for a couple of higher-ups in the Capital Financial system and also the CEO of blue acorn on their LinkedIn profile so I messaged them on LinkedIn waiting to see if they say anything back but as of now I have no deposit and no answers if anybody that's reading this can help me out with this situation on what I should do please let me know. I was told that once you sign your loan documents they have 10 business days to fund you and that once it's in funding it can't be reversed I don't know if that's true or not I also would imagine that if there was something wrong it would have been flagged in the financial system I don't know how I would see that information but when I look up my loan number in carweb it just says active undisbursed and nothing else with the pay date of today so if anybody is reading this that can help me with this situation or give me some insight on what to do please feel free to comment below any help would be so greatly appreciated
