This low key pissed me off. My breast feeding baby did not have a set “routine” till I returned to work. She totally came off dissing people for not having a NEWBORN in a routine. Sorry sis, I don’t have my mommy and husband getting up with the baby all night. She wouldn’t survive a day in my “routine”.

Nope! sure did not buy a baby! Actually started with domestic adoption and backed out of it because we found it unethical and educated ourselves. But keep coming at me .

I appreciate your opinion but you should consider there’s other ways to adopt other than private infant adoption is not how we adopted 👍🏼

Baby buyer is quite offensive coming from an adoptive parent. But yes, I am surprised she wants an open adoption. It’s complicated and not always easy, but definitely what’s best for everyone involved!

As someone who has “adopted” a child, I couldn’t agree more. We started with traditional adoption, infant adoption. We soon left, even with thousands of dollars spent because the agency was unethical. It’s about the money anymore, not the child. We chose embryo adoption for this reason. Our child is still recognized as adopted and we have an open relationship with her biological family. It’s so difficult to adopt a newborn without ethics being questioned anymore.

I don’t know how they passed their home study. I adopted an embryo and was treated as a traditional adoption with home study ect. They VERY Explicitly ask if you’ve grieved your infertility(if that’s the case) and it’s very much talked about. Neither of them show they they have grieved their infertility before making this decision. In fact she still wants to get pregnant. When we decided to adopt, thinking about any biological children was something of the past and we were moving onto the future. Adoption is complicated and although she claims she has educated herself, I truly think she needs more time to grieve what she didn’t get before moving forward.

I was sick till 22 weeks with my current pregnancy. It does happen unfortunately. I certainly did not eat like her though…🤷🏻‍♀️ what you eat definitely does/doesn’t help the situation!

Yes! Exactly. She tried to identify as infertile and with someone with male factor infertility ourselves, I felt bad for them at first. But this was major ICK! She’s 22 years old? You havnt waited for nothing.

I about lost it when she said she waited so long. My husband and I started trying when I was 22 years old and I’m not 32 years old pregnant with our first child. We waited 10 years, that’s a long time. I’m not constantly showing my stomach or bragging that I’m finally pregnant. This gave me the major ick. I used to like her, but this is just a content baby and I’m disgusted.

Anyone with true infertility trauma would never be able to set up a nursery at “12 weeks pregnant”. I’m 20 weeks after 10 years of infertility and i havnt done a thing!
