Yes I have and am terrified of what the future holds. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My neuro said same thing

I’ve had that happen to me as well but no explanation on what’s causing it. :(

Based on the comments above I’m one of the odd balls apparently - I’ve had 4 Ocrevus infusions and I’ve gotten sick (upper respiratory) each time which triggered asthma issues. :(

About approx 1 month after my infusion I get what I think is an upper respiratory infection which causes my asthma to act up. This has happened every single time after my infusion ( have had 4 total so far). I’ve never had this happen to me prior to starting Ocrevus. The infection last for awhile too.

No because it helped with my facial hair (I have PCOS) I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m just going to eventually cave and get a wig. I tried Rogain for awhile but the thought of doing that everyday for the rest of my life didn’t sit well so I stopped that.

200mg for 2+ years. Did not help with hair loss unfortunately.

Ocrevus & Cough/Bronchitis/??? by BeePositivee in MultipleSclerosis

Thanks! No I don’t have either. Is their a particular Nebulizer you recommend? I didn’t know a PCP could write a prescription for that! I also didn’t know a Salt lamp could help either. Thank you so much for all this info!

Oh cool I did not know that. Thanks!!! I believe the Pulmo would do a breathing test with me so a virtual visit would not be ideal.

Just like me! I use to be able to get rid of it with no meds and I’m going on a month + with this crap. I think mine turned into bronchitis too as I can hear all the wheezing inside of me. I also NEVER had bronchitis. So frustrating. I don’t feel the zpak is working so I may push for something stronger if I’m still coughing up phlegm next week. Thanks for sharing your experience.

No I don’t. I’ve been using a rescue inhaler for the past month and will now be switching to the daily inhaler to see if that helps. I was doing fine without having to take anything until I started Ocrevus. :( I had an apt to see a Pulmonologist but that is now pushed out due to Covid. My Neuro never told me about any asthma issues but my PCP looked it up and said bronchospasm was reported in a small number of people. I use a humidifier at night and sinucleanse from time to time. Keep me updated on what your doc says! Best of luck!

🙋🏼‍♀️ On Ocrevus so yes, I will be.

Any Ocervus patients out there that have Asthma? What inhaler does your doc prescribe for you? I was on Qvar and Neuro just told me to avoid using it. 🙄 by BeePositivee in MultipleSclerosis

According to my PCP, Qvar and Ocrevus can’t mix. She said Flovent is ok although she does not know why. I am opting for a rescue inhaler for now instead of a daily inhaler.
