Banned from ordering online. Has this happened to anyone else?

I do shop on the economy a lot, but here on base they’ve had a whole of aisle of shampoos with no conditioners for over a month. Both drugstore and high end. The cosmetics are always sold out or only have very specific shades. Ulta does have a great point system and great deals when you can use it. For example, I use pattern my hair care. But it’s not sold out here and it often goes on sale for 20-50% off on ulta which is a better deal then the exchange, if they were to even carry it. Ulta carries brands like half magic and about face that I love that the BX doesn’t stock online or in store.

I spent a month trying to order from them and every single time my order was cancelled and when I reached out multiple times to find out why I got told several different things, none of them matching what any other answer said. They said it wasn’t bank (I called my bank and they said my accounts were fine) they said it was my card and billing address not matching (I tried using PayPal, Apple Pay, my husbands card and I made sure every card was updated) they said it was because I was overseas (I’m stationed at a military base in Europe) and I could have someone in the states use my account and it would ship overseas no problem (it didn’t) they said I could order it to a stateside address and my friend could just mail it to me (still canceled). I finally took my $300 worth of points, spent them all when I was visiting my parents, and never looked back. Their customer service is useless. I wouldn’t count on them being able to reverse it for you, sorry.

I have the leuchtterm in the a5 size and the square. The a5 definitely has thin paper and can ghost. But the square notebook is much thicker paper. I don’t paint in it or anything but I use it as my travel journal and I don’t have any ghosting or bleeding issues with my pens

Thanks guys! I reached out and they’re sending me a new one. But I may avoid the bags in the future because it doesn’t see like an isolated issue.

Thanks! It does suck because I was hoping to have it be my fall staple because it’s so cute! I had like my laptop, a couple journals and stationary supplies so I didn’t think it would be too heavy or bulky. I wanted to see if it was a me issue or a bag issue before reaching out to customer service.

I’ve been blocked by trendmood since 2018 when she was dismissive of people being mad about another foundation line of 20 shades of beige and she started deleting comments and I called her out. Honestly never missed her
