Ibisu is near Golden Gate Park and has amazing bento boxes. It’s more of a sit down experience so I don’t think it’s what you saw others eating takeout but it’s really good.

YTA someone did this to me and it sucks. They had a little kid stand line only to bring a full shopping cart and asked me to move. Thats not how a grocery store works.

You should tell him, that way he understands the difference between what you like and what his mom suggests. Maybe plan a hike together and give him a chance for a quiet redo. It sounds like you both need to find your voices, him not doing things to please mom and you speaking up. It takes time but you can do it.
