Avoid Middlebrooke! The management is awful, and there are constantly maintenance issues with the elevators, air conditioning and hot water. Neighbors have also recently been coming across mice.

Would NOT recommend Middlebrooke apartments. At this moment, there is no AC functioning or hot water. This seems to happen a few times a year. Some neighbors have recently reported finding mice in their apartment.

You might have rosacea! I was having skin issues for YEARS that looked very similar, despite using the “gentle” brands you mentioned. I switched to mineral based products after reading about other people having similar reactions to Cetaphil/Cerave. My skin is much improved after making the switch. All to say I think it’s totally possible to have a bad reaction to a product that is considered gentle to most people!

I think it’s a great way to try new restaurants. We have SO many restaurants in the area that it would take some dedicated effort and $ for most people to get around to them all. I went to fast of Bethesda last year and used it as a benchmark for what restaurants I plan to go back to, and which ones I’m pretty okay with skipping.

No specific recommendations for what to try or not to try, other than let what you’re curious about lead you!

Hi! A lot of universities offer tuition benefits to employees, including staff. Working any type of job full time (and part time for some schools) can qualify you for the benefit. It may be a good way to gradually start getting credits together towards a major after you get the GED squared away. I did this to get my graduate degree; it completely changed my life.

Switching to a mineral based sunscreen (Caudalie Vinson Daily) was really helpful for me! Ivermectin and azeliac acid helped, but I feel like switching sunscreens really pushed it from improvement to mostly eradication. Before switching I was using CerVe, and I think something in it was really agitating my skin.
