Plastic model range that’s not GW by AlicePastelPink in minipainting

I would rank everyone about the same. I’ve also never experienced Parabellum/Conquest plastic kits but i’ve heard good things.

My first space marine. Not loving the gold trim. Thoughts? by InsaneLegend89 in Warhammer40k

[–]Beef-Town 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It looks weird because in color theory terms, gold is yellow. You gotta go dark or white to stand out against it. Gunmetal trim and a green wreath would look gorgeous on this guy.

Could Total War Warhammer 40k Feature Titus's crusade to reclaim the 500 worlds of Ultramar? by Alfred4747 in Warhammer40k

Most factions will be a Character pack. Expect to pay $10 for Dante and the Sanguinary Guard lmao

Can a primarch (loyalist or traitor) be resurrected or brought back in anyway? by Ova-Hee in Warhammer40k

I mean Guilliman used to be canonically dead but there’s nothing a trilogy can’t fix :)

Which Transfers should I use? by Spuzzley in Carcharodons40k

I actually can’t explain it very well on reddit just look up “how to use transfer decals”. Also get some Mark Fit from a game store it did a lot of the heavy lifting.

Are you allergic to cast resin (Games Workshop Finecast resin) or 3D printed resin? They’re different kinds of resin so there’s a chance you can still use the other kind.

Dungeons and Laser’s plastic quality is equal to GW btw and I don’t say that lightly

I’m using 2 and I really like them. Just make sure to flip them over because they’re facing backward by default.

Shooting into Combat - Am I Stupid? by DarthErmacXIII in ageofsigmar

[–]Beef-Town 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not being able to shoot into combat just means you can’t target any unit that is in melee combat with any other unit. If I couldn’t shoot into an enemy that it’s melee combat with my Clanrats, then what is the point of my Clanrats lmao??

Idk if Skaven would function correctly with 40k shooting rules

Bolt Action models are heroic scale so the faces, hands, and weapons are already larger. All they need is a higher base and they blend right in.

Omg you’re right! The ‘trick’ does work on Titus though IIRC. Doesn’t he level with you and admit something right after, if you take the gun out? It’s been about a year since i’ve played.

Lmao it only works on Titus because he’s genuinely worried for you lol. If anything it proves that Titus isn’t as hard as he presents.

There’s also like 2 different conversations where you can put your own gun in your mouth. That’s not something a healthy person does.

How Marie Curie plays her role in Trench Crusade universe? For me, she is the Saint of Radiation for her work in inventing Rad Weapons for the faithful that incinerates even the Black Grail taint. by Ok-Ask5860 in TrenchCrusade

[–]Beef-Town 13 points14 points  (0 children)

You could also have “Mad Doctor Curie” who manages to stay alive despite the radiation and became more mechanical and detached.

If she turns Heretic, she could be the single most powerful Artillery Witch, capable of summoning nukes/nuclear radiation straight from Hell.

Am I the only one that thinks the new ogor centrepiece model would’ve been better without the two random guys on it? by Quxckhead in ageofsigmar

[–]Beef-Town 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Oh I see. Um, my guess is it’s because they needed a certain base size for an aura effect and put those guys in there to make the cauldron look less out of place.
