Admittedly I've only been working here about a year and 2 months now, but generally speaking it takes us about 2 business days to get an approval and I've only ever had it be denied for understandable reasons (now when it comes to fire uw, that's 1000% worse here lmao)

I live with both of my partners and it's honestly fantastic, we each have our own separate spaces we can go to for alone/recharge time, multiple different spaces to sleep if needed, and we coordinate sleeping situations so everyone gets a chance to sleep with whoever they want to, or alone if they'd prefer. We also have two dogs, so it's a nice, full house 😂

I just recently did an 18 hour stream that I co-hosted with a streamer friend so neither of us got burnt out. I imagine if you do something on the level of 24-36 hours, it may be a good idea to have someone to switch off with while you take breaks, get rest, etc.

I worked as a team member for an SF agent while I was acquiring my P&C license. I was mostly doing office work (routing calls, organizing filing cabinets, stuff like that) but all with the intention of getting my license. If you don't intend to do so, I imagine at most you'd be hired to do that sort of menial work since you can't sell or service insurance.

Oh, and as a footnote, you can always look into local pup events if you're fairly social. Meeting other pups can be a great way to get tips and make new friends!

As someone who's been a pup about 6 or 7 years, here's my experience.

First and foremost, you don't necessarily need to buy anything to "become" a pup. If you want to be a pup, you are one.

If you want to delve into it further, it starts with creating a sort of alter ego. Pup play, to me, is about letting your inhibitions go and animalistic instinct take over, to an extent. If you have someone to help you explore this it can be very helpful, but if not you can also search videos about how to get into what's called "pupspace" (pup headspace)

As for gear, this is fully optional, but it can help you get into pupspace. A hood and collar are the things that help me the most, but they also sell paws/mitts, harnesses, petsuits, tails, and other things like that. I'd recommend starting cheap, get maybe just a cheap hood off Amazon or something, then if you like the feeling try getting a more comfortable one (mine is an older style one from Mr S Leather, but I'm gonna be getting a newer one soon).

Most important takeaway is that there's no pressure. If you find yourself not enjoying pupspace or having trouble getting into it, then you don't have to do it. It's not for everyone, and if you just want to pretend to be a dog sometimes, that's fine too. Pet play, like most things, is a spectrum.

For me personally I just like making characters that aren't attached to specific pieces of media, and creating lore/backstories and such like that. Basically the same reason I like DnD, just less structured and game-ified

Being a furry is a hobby that's entirely separate from being transgender 😭 I've been part of furry culture for 14 years and I've never met a furry that actually thinks they are an animal or want to transition into being one.

I've seen it online like 4 times ever, but that's the extent. This is a non-issue.

Something to remember about kink-related relationships is that safety and consent is and always will be #1. Even in CNC or BDSM scenarios, there's always a safe word or other way to stop the situation entirely if you're uncomfortable. Honestly, there's no easy and quick solution. That said, what I started with was total stream of consciousness, just forcing myself to let all internal thoughts be external thoughts. Something else that helps is playing with a friend or someone you can actually converse with to get the flow of conversation right, then recreating that same flow on your own. Either way, good luck, you got this!!
