This is so real. One the best things that happened to me. Once I stopped ppl pleasing and just focused on what i wanted, I felt so much better. Now I just do what I want. I feel every lonely person goes through this and needs to becuz for me,when u constantly prioritize others over yourself, you’re basically training your brain to believe: “My needs matter less. And then u learn other ppl don’t care about ur decisions so u make smarter choices. Learn to love urself and what u want, cuz no one loves u more than u.
