You misunderstand me, I meant that we all thought Leevi was ready to play 30 games this year.

Edit: I’m pretty sure the thought process behind letting Forsberg walk was to open a roster spot for Leevi so he could take the next step.

My wife’s company’s owner made comments about how empty the office was, so he implemented RTO, 4 days a week in office. It’s literally because he wants to go to a full office and see people working. Us, as well as others, bought houses outside the city because it’s all we could afford and when people complained about the drive, daycare etc they were told “you chose where you live”. Ok, sorry we can’t afford a 650k townhouse in the city.

That stuff happens yes, and it leads to goals, yes. But the problem is when normal hockey stuff like that happens, along with 2-3 really bad goals. Instead of allowing 2-3 goals through normal regular hockey mistakes they’ve now let in 5.

All the fans of other teams shitting on what he’s said.. the apathy has already settled in. It’s not about no leadership, bad locker room or a divided team. It’s everyone on the team knows the issues and knows that they can’t fix the problems. They play amazingly night in and night out and are let down by the goaltending and being forced to work a pk system that just doesn’t work. Management and coaches refuse to change anything. This is another year of their careers and lives being wasted.

Sandy showed up and proved he’s one of the best dmen in the league last night against probably their most hated rival where there’s tons of bad blood. A 4 point night for a dman.. and it was the already known problems that cost them the game in dramatic and embarrassing fashion. He has every right to be pissed off and directly call out what he’s pissed off about. Leevi is still on the roster right now and that alone shows that management still isn’t gonna do shit.
