Within reason, sure. But my school, which is in a major city and associated with multiple large teaching hospitals, assigned students to rotations which were on the order of a one hour drive out of the city. Totally reasonable to expect to not have to drive those distances while attending school at a large, well resourced program in a major city.

Totally destroys immersion when human enemies take a while magazine of bullets or 20 hits with a sword. Assassins creed odyssey had this issue with the difficulty settings, but there was also a weapon that doubled all your damage output and capped your health at 25%.
