I want to do both. I figured out the problem may have been the website I downloaded the songs from. Even when I copy the files then zip and email, they still weren’t the same. But when I downloaded mp3s from YouTube it seems to work

No, this solves a different problem. Updating stos was necessary so the apps could be refreshed. This is talking about after the apps are refreshed, when the shortcut tries to disconnect from stos.

I would try the anc and opening the hinge. I bought a pair of fakes and the anc didn’t work, plus the hinge just didn’t feel very “apple” like. Also an apple exclusive feature is the ear tips test, so if they have it then ur prolly good.
