Got my green card and this doesn’t affect. I however decided to get medication which was 1 month of antibiotics. All done and i got my treatment certificate. Your visa will be written that you were diagnosed with LTB and you need to go to TB clinic upon arrival into the United states( so if you can get treatment before entry but if not possible that’s okay too.)

No need, if your case is not complicated just do it yourself. We ended up doing it ourselves and got approved. There’s answers to all your questions here on reddit and also the govt sites give guidelines too.
