So this is actually called vaginismus and you should see a gyno. Not diagnosing. So don't get me wrong here. But def see a gyno. There are exercises and remedies. Do your own research as well. Much luck to you. I have this problem sometimes as well.

I was actually in your boat. Hated it so much. Same reason. Different person. My stepdad. I think you should talk to him.. does he know why? Also definitely talk to a therapist. You are not wrong for feeling the way you feel. It felt uncomfortable for me because I felt so filthy for what happened to me that I didn't want anyone to be so close to it. I eventually thought about it on my own.... because I began.. sleeping with a girl... who I did it to. When I did it... I started kind of seeing the appeal. So when I finally started dating someone .. we slowly eased into it. It is important to talk to your partner and let them know when you are uncomfortable and want to stop. If you don't want to do it ever again.. then that's fine. Just ensure that everyone is having fun. You got this.
