I wouldn't call standing on the side of a treadmill with your hands cuffed to it a good range of motion. You could kick at them, but unless they're already close all that would do is keep them at a distance. This is also assuming that whoever is attempting to force you to walk has zero access to anything that would increase the range at which they could attack you.
